Shipping Policies

Please Note: We Do Not Ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: 

- USPS Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders $120 +

- USPS Standard Shipping: $9.99 Flat Rate

- USPS Priority Shipping: $12.00 Flat Rate

- FedEx (5-7 Day Shipping): $15.00

Shipping Delivery Times:

USPS Priority Shipping: 5-7 Business Days Delivery.

Average Arrival time for Free shipping is also the same, please also allow 5-7 days

 

If in stock, your products will ship via United States Postal Service within 2-3 business days from our facility. Please call or email to see if your product is in stock.

Not In Stock Items: If an item is found to be NIS from you order, we will give you a Store Credit or issue a refund for that item. Please allow a Standard 3-10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!

If you order multiple items, if an item is not in stock, you may receive separate shipments for separate items with no additional shipping charge to you the customer. We reserve the right to partially ship products in your order, 5% or less of our shipments require partial shipping

Pre Order Items: If your order contains a Pre Order item, we will not be shipping your order separately. We will Ship all items in the order when your pre order items arrive in our warehouse.

Please Note: Orders valued above $120 (before any discounts) are automatically upgraded to be shipped requiring a signature confirmation; make sure that you use a valid United States Postal Service address where a signature can be obtained upon delivery. CuteinCurvy reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery at our discretion in certain instances, for example a buyer not receiving their package after complete verification of entire purchase process.

 

Priority Shipping:

When upgrading to priority shipping, the estimated time of arrival does not include the processing time of the order. Once the package leaves our warehouse it will arrive to you within 5 - 8 business days.

Priority Upgraded shipments does not mean USPS priority, it is at our discretion which shipping service to use to ensure your package arrives sooner than 5-8 business days.

After leaving our facility, typical arrival time for the priority shipping method would be sooner, but Due to COVID-19 it has been a little slower, expected arrival date should be within 5-8 business days via United States Postal Service priority mail or first-class mail

Why do some items ship faster, and some ship slower?

When the manufacturer has no backorder on the product; meaning no production hold ups from the manufacturer exist, the product will ship as soon as possible.

Notification: You will be notified via email if there is a delay on your order. Please ensure to check your spam folder (just in case) and also make sure to provide a valid email address

Only 10% of our orders have a slight backorder, in which we always notify you (the customer) via email within 1-3 business days.

Post Office Delay: The post office loses the package, delivers to the wrong address, or just takes their time! Currently we have a 98.6% deliverability success rate.

Catastrophes and Weather: In very rare cases such as tropical storms or winter storms, we have seen slight delays in deliverability, usually only 3-5 extra days.

 

Detailed Shipping Policies:

Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number: All shipments include a United States Postal Service delivery confirmation tracking number. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers as soon as the order ships from our facility, and also, they can be found in your customer account if you log onto CuteinCurvy.com (after the order is shipped).

Insurance and Signature Confirmations: Customers can request insurance or a signature confirmation at an extra cost; these are not included in our free shipping or priority shipping charge. Please call or email with any requests.

We strongly advise that all orders request signature when delivered to confirm receipt of package. We require All Orders valued $70 an above (before any discounts) to automatically upgraded to require a signature confirmation when selecting shipping options; make sure that you use a valid United States Postal Service address where a signature can be obtained upon delivery. CuteinCurvy.com reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery at our discretion especially in certain instances.

 

Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid/correct United States Postal Service address for shipping. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer's cost. CuteinCurvy.com is not responsible for a shipment if you or an authorized person has signed for, and therefore received the shipment.

 

Mail Theft: CuteinCurvy.com is not responsible for United States Postal Service mail theft. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a safe/secure United States Postal Service address for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, we must go by the tracking information that USPS provides. If a package has been tracked as delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen items. We welcome you to add a signature request to your package to ensure you receive the package safely.

Partial Shipments: 5% or less of our shipments require partial shipping. If you received an order with a red partial stamp on the invoice, you received a partial shipment. This means we shipped you everything we had, and the rest of the products are coming in a separate shipment ASAP. This will not cost the customer any extra shipping cost.

 

 Lost Shipments:

To reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages customers can request a signature confirmation at an additional cost. Please call us or email us to request this.

First, please check the tracking information on USPS.com. If your package is tracked as "delivered," check with your neighbors, leasing office, etc.

Secondly, contact your local United States Post Office and inquire about the shipment. The majority of lost packages are easily recovered simply by performing these first two tasks.

Unfortunately, CuteinCurvy.com cannot file a claim on your behalf due to USPS privacy laws. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyer’s responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
